Modelling Shoot / Sunday, February 26, 2006

Heheh, I was a model today for Olivia's art project, 'in the blink of an eye'.
Maybe I shouldn't have worn that damn shirt today, looked nice and all, but a pain. The top kept sliding down coz it was too big for me, and the bottom kept riding up, so I had to constantly keep pulling it down, and then I would pull down the top as well. EEEKK!! Too hard to maintain.
But yeah, modelling pretty much consisted of walking slowly holding Chris' hand, sitting on benches leaning on Chris, getting hugs from Chris, walking up and down stairs, playing on the swings, pretending to kiss Chris (ahaha, suck it in Alison), lying on the grass, strolling down the path, all this with a parapazzi following us with her face attached to the camera XP Pretty fun, heheheheh.

Saw Jason and Justin today. Didn't get to see Justin's Korean girlfriend - she's supposed to be really pretty. And at first Jason wouldn't talk to Olivia. But when she managed to pull herself together and make the first move, he talked back instead of ignoring her like the last few times. I left them alone, and went to stand with Chris by the ParaPara machine. A few minutes later, Liv came crying back. Jason was talking to her, but he kept pretending not knowing what she was talking about when she asked her if he still liked her. After a while, she decided to stay, and drag the answer out of him. She asked him again, and this time he nodded. Ahahha, she went psycho with happiness. Apparently, one of his friends saw Liv crying and told Jason. When we left Replay, Olivia was nearly bouncing off the walls; she was singing and laughing insanely, but yeah, it was good Jason isn't angry with her anymore. And Olivia is gonna concentrate on keeping her eyes and mind on Jason this time! >.<

Did a tarot reading for my mum's shares, coz it's been pretty bad lately. Let's hope my readings are accurate. Did a reading for Liv and Jason as well. Mmm......half bad half good. Let's just hope it lasts longer than Joey, and if it doesn't, let's hope she wasn't in such a wreck as last time. Coz if she is, Jason's gonna feel the wrath of us, like Joey did, that horny sonuvabitch!

Patchie Post / Friday, February 24, 2006

Hmm......Haven't posted in quite a while. Apart from the fact that my internet fried for a while, I had this huge down phase. And so I kept off msn for a while. But I'm gradually getting outta my down phase, so I should be okay now.

Now, special thanks to Albie~~ I LOVE your letter!!! *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love* *love*
And in other other words, I LOVE IT!!! daiisuki!! Thanx Albie, aishitemasu!!

I absolutely adore getting letters ~ I feel special. Coz I mean how many people nowadays actually bother to write letters for the hell of it while we have email and phone and all. So knowing people actually take time to write me a letter back ~ I feel loved!! *dances the happy dance in my room* *trips over school bag* ow..... (yeah I actually did that)

We had a swimming carnival today. Really boring and really noisy. I migrated outside since there were no seats inside anyways, and I managed to get all my Chinese hw done! yay...

Oh yeah, the Terrace dance. It was quite fun. While we were lining up to go in, there was this man, about 40 or so, he...we all think he's a paedophile O__O He was just standing there by the railings, opening staring at all the girls, and smirking. *twitch*

Mmm......nothing really happened. Coz only Terrace guys are allowed to go, and they've invited like all the girls' schools, it's like 5 guys to 1 girl. And there are like 3 azns in the whole school! >.<

I danced with one guy, whoa! Really really nerdy. At first he wanted me to dance with his friend, but he ran away! I was like ptf! whatever! And I went back to my friends. Two minutes later, he came up again and said his friend wanted him to dance with me first. I didn't care, but I kept like a whole arms length from him. And he was swaying me really hard. I got soo dissed back at school. But yeah, otherwise, it was quite fun.

Nothing much else, maybe I'll post again later when I'm procrastinating again.

New Farm / Monday, February 13, 2006

Today, I had to go to the city by myself :( I bought the shirt, then I had to go to the bus information and look for the bus to New Farm. The bus stop was all the way back to where we played pool, almost on the edge of the city. Nearly missed the bus, but managed to get on. I was visiting Ann with her birthday presents, and although I lived in like the same building as Ann for a few years, I've practically forgetten all the street names. All I could remember was that our building was near the New Farm Library, coz me and Ann used to walk there. So I got dropped off near the library, and I'm like, ok, I'll walk along this road back to our block, and visit the library on the way. Walked to the end of the street, and re-discovered that the library was closed on Mondays. Then walked to the very end of the street, and was like....this is NOT where I live....so where did I live? I saw some shops, and went in and asked, "where's Brunswick St?" Coz that's like the only street name I could remember. The guy told me to go around the corner and turn left to the end of the street, about 30secs from where i got dropped off -_-" Left with no choice, I walked back to the end of the street, and soon I saw the small shopping mall thing, and I was there thinking, I remember we were close to Coles...but I don't think we were this close!! I wandered around for a bit, then I finally admitted defeated and called Ann. "Ann...this is K...I'm lost!" In the end, I was on the OTHER side of the mall, and so I finally got back on track, and soon my building was coming back in sight. YAY!! I thought. I ran to Ann's door and pushed on her intercom number. BUZZ...BUZZ....BUZZBUZZBUZZ!!!!!! Why wasn't she picking up? So I called her....and then realised I was buzzing the wrong apartment!! I raced to the RIGHT apartment this time, and I went in, with Ann laughing her head off at me. I gave her her present, and we caught up a bit. She's almost exactly how she was, except now she wears eyeliner all the time, but that's cool. I had dinner at her place, and she gave me beer and mixed a drink for me!! She works at a restaurant, so she knows how to mix all these drinks and stuff, it's really cool. I went home really happy, since I haven't seen Ann since like my Halloween party last year. But another surprise was waiting for me at home. Caity FINALLY sent the letter back to me!! And she also gave me a present!! A pretty BLUE bracelet, and clip on earrings!! OoOoO~~ so pretty!! Hehehehe, I'm happy today!!

Pool / Sunday, February 12, 2006

Today I went out again. I was meant to be doing my huge load of catchup hw, but I had to buy a present for Ann. Besides, I wanted to go play DDR again XP. I met up with Liv at 10 at Supre. I don't know if other states has Supre, it's been classified as a slutty TC shop, but it actually has some quite nice clothing. I saw this shirt I really REALLY liked there, but it was $50!!! But I might buy it for the Terrace dance next Saturday. Yay!
On the way, had this big bitching session with Olivia about Alison. I don't know if Alison feels it, but almost EVERYONE hates her now. First she followed after Kat like she was her mother chicken, then Rachael. And now she's calling Rachael a dumb slut. WTF is your problem Alison?! If you ever read this, you deserve it.
Anyways, I was planning to not go with the group today, I didn't really wanna see Alison after her saying all this shit about Kat last night, so I went to Replay when Olivia had to go meet her. Whoa! Replay was empty!! That was the first time ever I've seen it empty. (I took photos!XD)
I was playing ParaPara (heyhey! don't diss PPP, it's soo fun!) when Olivia, Alison and Chris came along. Chris gave me a rose!! Heheh, I feel special!!
They left to go do something else, and I went to buy my own stuff. Went broke along the way. Then I met up with them to go play pool. We went to this really nice place, unlike the place we usually play at. It had really stupid rules, like you had to give your ID to them for safekeeping. As if anyone's gonna jump off the second balcony to steal your crappy balls. And then there's a max. of 4 to a table. I was kicked out once coz there was 5 of us, and I wasn't even playing!! Grrr.....But the place we were at was huge, and had about 12 tables, and was really spacious.
I played pool for the first time, so there were some pretty pathetic shots. Here's some of the funny shots:
1. I hit the white ball, and it jumped over the ball that was about 3cm in front of it.
2. A ball was positioned perfectly over one of the holes, with the white ball about 5cm away from it. Everyone was like you can do it!! But when I hit, the white ball rolled to the side and missed!
3. The table was nearly cleared, and there was a pretty clear shot of a yellow ball, in line with a hole at the corner of the table. It was an easy shot, coz the white ball was perfectly in line with it too. And when I hit the white ball, it went in a perfect straight line.......past the yellow ball and then it sunk! -_-"
We played for about 3 hours, and during, all these azn guys came! Heheh, me and liv was like O.o. Hehehehheh. But at the end, I had improved a lot *nods* I sunk 4 balls in one game!! (not including the various times when I sunk the white oneXD)

Hahahahha, when I got back home, and told my mum about the shirt I wanted to buy, she was like O__O......a GIRLS shirt?!?!?!? Ahahahhahah!!!

Nightmare / Saturday, February 11, 2006

*sob* I had a nightmare last night *whimper*

Before I launch into my dream, to those people who said I write too much for a newbie, this is my online diary and I like talking.

Anyways, my dream, yes. I haven't had a nightmare for soo long. It was so weird. It was a lot like the bit a watched in one Supernaturalist episode, where this woman was getting drowned in her bathtub by this thing. Mine was sorta the same, except a LOT of people got drowned. But nobody I know thank God. And there was this bit where I was in my sister's room, and outside was this HUGE water fountain thing. Well, sorta like a shallow decorative pool, and it slide down in bout 30m to a really long waterfall down to the ocean. It was really cool! I swam in it for a while, but then I dived into the ocean. Shit it was a huge drop! Then all the weird drownings started. It was really REALLY scary. Eeeek! Never watching Supernaturalist again *shudders*

Five Weird Habits Of Myself / Friday, February 10, 2006

The rules/procedures are as follows:The first player of this game starts with the topic "five weird habits of yourself," and people who get tagged need to write an entry about their five weird habits as well as state this rule clearly. In the end, you need to choose the next five people to be tagged and link to their web journals. Don't forget to leave a comment in their blog or journal that says "You are tagged" (assuming they take comments) and tell them to read yours.

1. OCD (Obssesive Compulsive Disorder) with numbers. Example: in grade 9, me and three other friends had to do an oral for PE. Everyone wrote a bit, and I put them together to make a flowing speech. We were all staying behind one afternoon in the art rooms so they could finish some art (they all did art - I didn't) and I worked on the speech on the computer next to them. When I was just about to declare myself finished, and to usher them across to read my masterpiece, I checked the word count. 480 words in total. 480/4=120 words each! So I used another 2 hours making sure all of us had EXACTLY 120 words each. Hahahahhaha, that was fun.

2. In our library, when students reserve books, the librarians email us when they get the book back, you go to the counter and they give it to you. And because they would have a stack of books also there for other girls with reserves, they would put a post-it on the book with your name on it. And every time I got a post-it, I would stick it on the inside of my locker. By the end of the second semester, my locker was plastered with post-its. I can see my friends shaking their heads in worry already XD. Btw, I already have 2 post-its inside my locker!

3. To all the people that talk to me on msn, they might find it a bit strange that I would say "sweet dreamz la~" every time either one of us was going offline. This is because there was this one phase in grade 10 that I kept on having nightmares. Then it sorta stopped. And then my friend brought it up in a msn convo, and that night I started having nightmares again. From then on, I would say sweet dreams to whoever, and generally, out of politeness, people say it back. And although probably not because of that, my nightmares gradually stopped. But the habit stuck.

4. When I had more colour variety in my wardrobe, I would usually colour coordinate my clothes. But since now my clothes consist half of my school uniform and the other half being black, there's not much I can do with it. So I amuse myself with arranging my bookshelf. Every half a year or so, I would rip everything out of my bookcase and spend a whole day rearranging it. Right now it's in alphabetical order according to the author's last name. Last year, it was according to the main character’s name.

5. Oh God...sorta running out of weird habits....um.....*2 hours later* still thinking........Oh yeah, I got it. Albie's suggestion was my habit of wearing guys clothes. Ahahha, you wouldn't believe some strange looks I get from shop attendants when all my (girl) friends have already charged down to the girl's section, and I'm trying to look inconspicuous and look at guy's stuff. But guy's clothes, in general, are much more comfortable and cooler. I mean, guys had cool stuff, while girls have cute. If there was actually something cool, it would usually either be gothic or hardcore. But usually it's all cool, people take it and it's ok. But there are some shallow people who just can't. There's this guy, I've known him for about 3-4 years now. We're not the greatest of friends, but we talk every now and then. Recently, I found out he hates me; he thinks I'm a loser because I wear guy's clothes. I don't mind that he thinks I'm a loser, half my school does so it doesn't really matter, but for the sole reason that I wear guy's clothes?! Xavier, if you're ever reading this, yes I am talking about you! You're not worth it anymore, but it really cuts. We've known each other since the start of Chinese school, together, I would have thought you would have been a bit better than that. Anyways, to end my list of weird habits, to Olivia, I've expanded my wardrobe like twice it's size before. Yes, very proud of that.

Oh btw, I can't tag anyone else with this, coz the only people I know who have blogs have already done this. Unless you wanna do it Olivia. But you'd probably end up writing 50 weird habits instead of 5. XD

Last but not least (drum roll please) / Thursday, February 09, 2006

*drum roll...*

19. Samantha Lee! aka Kura, or Kurapica from HXH. If Adela was my first sister, then Kura would definitely be my second. I've made a lot of big brothers on the Taiwan tour (most of the don't even know they were up for adoption) but I don't have a lot of sisters. But I've found TWO in this trip. Both are special in their own, individual, quirky way.

When we were going night shopping, while other people like looking at clothes, sparkly distracting stuff, eating, Kura likes bookstores. While we spend about an hour clothes/whatever else shopping, she is bored to death, and amuses herself with thumbwars with Albert. But when we enter a bookstore, Kura immediately sprouts wings and suckers, flies up to the manga section, and latches on and doesn't let go :) But we all had fun together, and that's all that matters.

Kura, when I first met her, was already in bed. She had a brace on, the headgear type. I was thinking to myself, whoa! does she have to wear it during the day as well? The first 1-2 weeks, me and Kura could talk and laugh and all, but we weren't really that close. But after that, I truly found out what a treasure I was sharing a room with. OTAKU!!! (extreme anime fan) Yeah, Kura draws REALLY well. Ahahah, 15 posters! Her teacher in Taiwan wrote on her report that she could become a (Chinese) manga artist :) Way to go!

Oh yeah, remember to work hard in Chinese school!

Kura introduced me to the wonders of having an OC (Original Character - in other words, an imaginary friend) Blaze offered me endless amusement - especially watching Kura randomly kicking the empty space at the end of her bed. Oh yeah, btw, hey Raymond...Syserina loves you!!!!!! XD
Oh btw, Blaze qualifies as one of my older brothers :) albeit one that really wants to set me on fire right now.

Oh ahahhaha. Remember when we dressed you all up in pink? Pink shirt, pink coat ( I think), pink hair clip, pink, earrings, pink necklace...

Again, it would take forever to tell you everything about Kura, so I shall end it here. To my other sister, may she not die from Blaze strangling her, and may she know that I really miss having a time keeper here. It's just not the same waking up to my phone, and having Kura scream at me in the morning. XP

Hopped! 7:19 PM

And this, children, teaches you that you should never procrastinate, especially in grade 11. The consequences being that you get snowed under pretty soon, not to mention, you'd get crucified should the teacher check your homework, and find blank pages for about 3 weeks. If you need an example, see me on msn.

OMG, my chem teacher is such a fucking NAZI!!!! *random squibbles follow from banging on the keyboard from frustration* aslfjbdsfjsnsfnsfcnkjncweiu bfds isdokvsjhvisjkcbsjdbvksfbvdsbsdk *deep calming breaths*

Ok, I should be fine now.........

But all in all, my teachers are actually pretty nice this year. Pity I'm only in one class with Olivia, and that's Chinese, because there's only one class.

Let's see who I have:......*strokes chin thoughtfully in a very wise manner*

Maths B: Mrs Serisier - she's pretty nice, explains things very thoroughly, writes big and neatly on the board.
ITS: Mrs Loye - argh! ALL my other friends got put into the OTHER ITS class with SKILLEN!!! :( That's so unfair!!! Why am I stuck with Loye? She's not a bad teacher....but then again neither is she good. Not to mention, she has this annoying Polish accent that really pisses me off. And too much perfume. *gags*
English: Mr Woods - hah, funny guy. He's a really nice teacher, and funny. His classes are a total bludge because he pretty much give us (me) free reign. I sit on the aisle, and I can go to sleep, and he knows it, and he doesn't care. He's been teaching on Hong Kong previously for the last 7 years.
Japanese: Hongo Sensei - not much of a choice, since she's the only teacher that teaches senior Japanese. We had someone before called Mrs Takizawa, but she was such a crappy teacher. She could never control the class. Once, in her class, I climbed out the window (we're on the ground floor - I don't have a deathwish) and back in. She just watched me climb in and out, without saying anything. The second time I climbed out, my stupid classmates locked me out. Idiots. The teacher, again, said nothing while I was banging on the window.
Chemistry: Mrs Keong - the biggest Nazi ever! Seriously, I'm not gonna waste time on this woman, coz she's not worth it.
Chinese: Mrs Brors - also not much of a choice, only one Chinese teacher, for all grades. Oh yeah, btw, my school only has grade 8-12. She's an okay teacher, but she's not azn, and her Chinese has a very strong European accent. Sorta like Nathan speaking fluent Chinese.

Hmm.....Let's hope my school doesn't come across this site, coz I'm probably gonna get a D- for my Chemistry.

~karai~

Hopped! 6:41 PM

Ok, moving on to the next person;

2. Alanna Kochetkova: a Azn/Russian halfy. Quite nice, a little shy. But really strong! Shit, she sure as hell doesn't look it. She usually sticks with her dormmates (Keri, Emily, Katherine) so she does a lot of things that maybe she wouldn't have done on her own, like going to the boys' dorms, going outta the uni, kareoke, etc.

3. Annabelle Chan: whoa! This girl gets drunk so easily. Zero resistance! I mean seriously, she was drunk after one cruiser, which is 4%! Then her face goes totally red, and she goes hype. On the second last night on the 3-day-trip (graduation trip) after drinking heaps, apparently she raced to the big girls' room and started telling Jen all her 'secrets', then passed out on the floor, and Albert and 2 other people had to carry her back to his room. Other than that, she's really funny, especially when she tries to talk Chinese (ni de yang jing hen piao liang/ni mang ma/an jing peoples!). Except she has this thing against people swearing, which pisses me off sometimes, coz I was so used to swearing. Oh yeah...SQUEEZE! ME! - PING! PONG! BALLS! Hahahaha, hilarious.

4. Belinda Chen: one of the big girls, so I didn't really get to know her. But she's really nice and easy to talk to.

5. Carol Fung: another one of the big girls. She had this really little girl's voice which sorta pissed me off sometimes, but since we didn't talk to each other much, it was ok. Except one time in class (calligraphy - heyhey, don't diss calligraphy ~note to livi *extreme calligraphy**45 degees*XD) to get revenge on some guys that had chucked waterbombs in their dorms, so smashed raw eggs on their heads and poured Oolong tea all over them. Raw eggs were bad enough, but one of them was a salty one, and it stank to high heaven! I immediately ran to the bathroom and threw up. For the rest of class, everyone got face masks from the doctor opposite. You really have to feel sorry for all those poor innocent nerdy uni students who were really trying to study there.

6. Catherine Fan: really fun to be with. She the type of person who seems like they never stop smiling. I don't know if she's always really happy, but maybe it's just the shape of her face. She really knows how to have fun, and don't mind playing those truth-or-dare games - she came to school one morning wearing her glasses, the daisy shirt and slippers. But aside from that, she's quite responsible; she usually doesn't get drunk, and takes care of people.

7. Cindy Kalai: aka Medicine Cindy. Really smart, both in medicine and Chinese. I didn't really 'connect' well with her, let's just say. She can be a bit inflexible (Raymond's camera) but otherwise fine.

8. Cindy See: didn't really interact well with her. In fact, never really liked her. She had a really annoying accent when she spoke Chinese, and she insisted in speaking Chinese with everyone. I know she was just trying to improve her Chinese...oh well, maybe I'm just a bit shallow. Meh, not like I'm ever gonna see her again.

9. Elizabeth Alexander: a nice girl. But a bit too European for my taste.

10. Emily Ko: I didn't really get to know her, but she was quite nice.

11. Jennifer Wu: another one of the big girls. Part of the egging.

12. Jennifer Yang: quite nice and fun to be with. Drank lots but not the type to be really loud and do stupid things. But she does start randomly speaking in Japanese when she's drunk. XD

13. Jessica Ho: another girl in my dorm. Well, sorry Jess, if you ever read this, but you REALLY pissed me off! Among other things, you apologising would definitely be one of the things that pissed me off most. The matter's already been forgotten, but you keep bringing it back up, "no, I'm really sorry..." There's a whole lot more I can bitch about you, but just in case you actually do read this, I better take my on advice and keep my mouth shut.

14. Katherine Huang: sorry! I kept on forgetting your name!! Ahem...yes...

16. Keri Lee: really fun-loving person. Really nice, and talented too (violin). And she really knows how to handle drunk people :)

17. Kylie Chuang: cool person. But I didn't hang around her a lot.18. Lisa Leu: fucking drunk bitch!! Ok, I'm over it now. Sorry if you ever read this, but you probably think I'm one too anyway. To people who doesn't get it, on the night everyone got drunk, Albert (who wasn't drunk) somehow got his shirt stolen off him by the big girls, and they had hidden it. I, half playfully, asked for them to give it back. They wouldn't, so I told Albert to just get a new shirt. Then I went to watch Brant and Ron play dice. Sometime later, Lisa came to me, and was full-on telling me off about it. "...You have no right to interfere with our business, etcetcetc, are you sorry?!" Ok, I was tipsed too, and annoyed, so I said, "No, I'm not sorry" and so our argument went for a while. Finally I gave up and said I'm sorry. But I think she still hates me. Oh well, no loss.

And just in case you didn't have the contact list and was wondering why I skipped out number 15 (if you even noticed it at all) 15 was me! ^__^

~karai~

Hopped! 6:41 PM

Okay, this post is going to be describing everyone in the tour. Sorry if you don't know these people, coz you don't know what you're missing out on! (or maybe you do XP) Starting with the girls according to the contact list:

1. Adela Tang: Oh god, what can I say about her? Del is one of the few girls I would have a LOT to say about. Well, starting from the start, I first met her by the door of our dorm. I had lugged my suitcase up to the eighth level (taking the elevator) and turned the corner to our dorms. I was hesitant about going in, not knowing what my dormmates would be like. When I found my dorm, 818, a rather pretty girl was standing there, long hair, darkish skin. We said hi, I put my stuff down in my allocated area, then she took me for a short tour around our level. Me and Del got to know each other pretty well, already sticking together during the end of the first week. Actually, all of my dormmates stuck together throughout the whole of six weeks. But that's really beside the point here.

Anyway, moving on. During the second week, the vultures had already started to swoop. By the second week, Adela already had a group of guys hanging around her all the time. Sort of like a cloud of flies XD. But it was cool, since I could play with them as well. To tell the truth Del, there was this phase where I was getting a bit jealous of all your attention, because as usual I was always the friend of the attention, but will never be the attention. That only lasted for a week or so before I got over it so worry not. I'm still your friend no matter what.

Hmm....what else? Ahh, yes, the time we got tipsed together! Hahah, I just HAVE to put that in. Well, on the last night of the three day trip, like everyone got drunk. I thought I would be the one getting pissed, but I ended up taking care of all these other pissed people, how does that work?! Anyway, me and Del got wwaaayy tipsed. And considering what we were talking about outside 7-11, if we had drank anymore, we might be more than just friends *nudge nudge wink wink*

Hmm.....what else? Oh yeah, our endless nights of mahjong in our beds, then talking when the lights went out. Hahah, never forget the OMGs!!! Aiya! I miss everything so much!! :( If you had read this post earlier, then found it had mysteriously disappeared, then reappeared miraculously with change, it's because I was writing this on my sister's computer, but it screwed up so the data was lost.

Anyways, there's a lot more I could write about this gal, but that could take a lifetime, so I'm going to end it here. And to my new 6 week azn sister, I just want you to know, I'll never forget you, and I'll always treasure the memories of the times we spent together.
